Hello,
I have an issue with a Smart UPS 20 KVA. We replaced batteries from the UPS but the technician did a total shut down using the control pannel. The UPS was on mechanical by-pass. After replacing the batteries, the UPS does not start up. No message is displayed. Can you help me resolving this issue? Is this linked to the fact that the technician did a total shut down using the control pannel? how can we start this UPS?
