UPS batteries fault

Recently I replaced the batteries of my ups SURT20K  with the same old batteries but the ups still fault (replace the battery)and the run time still the same i tried to cut the power on ups to see the real time of discharging  but its the same on screen 

what i can do to solve this ??

Hi Ahmed

If you still have the fault light showing after replacing the batteries then a self test should clear that.

As for the runtime not being correct I reccommend running the runtime calibration to give you the new runtime.
