UPS Tuner G5000 not working on Windows 8

Dear Team,

                 I am facing a problem in galaxy 5000 tuner on windows 8, after one minute i have received a following attached in screenshots.

Where did you get the tool from? From what I understand, this tool is just used by Schneider Electric Field Service or Service Partners. If you're a service partner, I assume you'd have a contact at Schneider?

Let me know and if you're not sure, I was given someones name who may be able to point us in the right direction.

Windows 8 is not supported. All customers and service partners are advised to use Windows XP, Vista, or 2000. I understand a modification is in progress to get it to work properly with Windows 7 already.
