Hello,
An SR is required to download the MIM/RIM logs to check what are the causes of this alarm,the FSR would need to swap between MIM and RIM and check if the fault followed the module or from the slot, if the RIM is replaced and still the issue the same ,it might be an issue in MIM/RIM backplane, the SR needs to check the CAN cables between MIM/RIM backplane and system I/O board ,the issue might be in RIM or the backplane ,onsite investigation would need to be performed to properly identify the problem
