Need help how to manage/configure SAMSUNG LIBSESMG16IEC Battery Cabinets to set IP, check battery modules parameters.

Is there third party software available.

Hi, I'm afraid you have to contact with your local SE Service. typically IP for LIBSESMG is set by FSR during startup upon user request.

There was a bluelite software that provided by Samsung  that can be used to monitor our Galaxy LIB cabinets but it is now decommissioned ,it could be only monitored as per the below :

so  per the product team information, freeware Samsung Blue lite software is discontinued, and it is no longer supported by Samsung. We do not have any latest release from Samsung. 

The following are the other alternate options available for the Customers to monitor the LIB solutions. 

a)    Samsung and Galaxy LIB System BMS supports Modbus Over TCP protocol. If the Customer is interested to integrate with their Building Management System software by using the LIB Modbus Over TCP register map, then they can integrate on their monitoring software by using the Modbus Register Map of Samsung LIB/Galaxy LIB.

b)    EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert (PME) for Backup Power Monitoring is an edge control software in our EcoStruxure Power architecture that connects to connected devices, collects data for real time monitoring and data analysis, and enables our system analytics from service offers. Connecting to your Galaxy VS, Galaxy VM, and Galaxy VX 3-phase UPSs (with Galaxy VL ), as well as your Galaxy Lithium-ion Battery Cabinets, PME for Backup Power Monitoring provides full visibility of device operation data, alarms, and status in real time; captures UPS electrical signature and compares overtime to identify possible degradation; reduces time-consuming testing and documentation efforts; and offers configurable software alarms so that you can focus on proactive maintenance and improve business continuity. It was announced worldwide. 
PME for Backup Power Monitoring requires purchasing a license for the server and the number of devices connected to the system. Each UPS requires a device license and each Lithium-ion battery system BMS also requires a device license. For example, in a project that has three UPSs and each UPS has a Lithium-ion battery system BMS that connects to a number of battery cabinets, a server license and six device licenses (three for three UPSs and three for battery system BMS) are required for PME for Backup Power Monitoring.

c) Struxureware Data Center Expert and EcoStruxure IT Gateway software’s future Device Definition File(DDFs) will allow the Customers to monitor the Samsung LIB and Galaxy LIB Solutions
