Is the system under APC Warranty? If yes reach out to APC Technical Support. If the answer is no it’s not under warranty.
What is the current status of the fan?!? Is it still running, making noise, not spinning at all??
The fan can be replaced just insure the same wiring, voltage, current, CFM.

Hi,
It's not under warranty, fan doesn't appear to be running. Would you happen to know part number for the fan and if there are replacement instructions?
Thank you

For the benefit of others who may be considering doing the same. I will call out the obvious health and safety risks.
The system even when powered down continues to store high DC voltage within the main board. As such only qualified and trained personal should be working inside of the system. ☝️
Putting that disclaimer aside you need only do the following:
Remove AC Mains from the wall outlet. Disconnect the battery cartridge and extended battery packs if present.
Press and hold the power button until you hear a click / beep. Doing so will complete a Brain Dead reset procedure but also drain any power from the internal capacitors.
Remove all the screws from the top cover. Some units the fan is just clipped in while others are screwed in.
Disconnect the fan harness from the MOBO. You can order the same fan as listed on the sticker on the fan.
Let me know how it all turns out good / bad. 👍

@Teken many thanks for the instructions!
Is there perhaps a document that details this with pictures/diagrams?

Unfortunately there is no public facing document that provides the necessary steps to replace the fan.
Regardless, the steps outlined by me are / is what you need to do to complete this task. 👍
