UPS SMT3000I ignores notification options

Facts:

UPS: Smart-UPS SMT3000i
Firmware revision: UPS 09.4 (ID18) (latest version)

Network card: AP9631
APC OS: V6.8.8 (latest version)

After configuring and successfully saving the following email notification options: only for warnings and critical events, when the event condition persists for more than 30 seconds, with email repeated after 10 minutes; the UPS ignores this configuration and keeps sending informational events, and emails repeated after 2 minutes.

I updated firmware to latest version, I reset the network card to factory settings (even TCP/IP); but still the same behavior.

Any ideas?

Hi Gerardo,

This is a common issue when people configure the group notifications, if you go into group notifications and only select warning it will turn on all warning notifications but it will not turn off any other notifications you need to do that separately either manually event by event or select the informational group and disable them.
