UPS Performing Self-Test Non Stop

Hi All,

I have a APC Smart-UPS 1500VA USB & Serial RM 2U 230V installed 2 months ago and had no problem untill recently. The UPS kept doing self-test non stop. From the log files, it is doing it every minute. I've tried to disconnect my load but the same thing happened. I even have the comm cables inplugged. My load is 18+%. What's wrong with the UPS ?
