Yes, we have moved FTP sites so the link probably broke. But 6.4.6 is outdated now and should not be used. AOS 6.6.4/sumx 6.6.4 is the latest and recommended at the time I am writing this.
In particular, there was an issue identified with AOS 6.4.6 and SNMPv3 not working properly so I definitely suggest to upgrade to the latest if possible.

Link to the firmware does not work anymore. Can you please either upload the firmware version 6.6.4 or provide an updated link? Thank you in advance.

You may use this APC Resource Link for the latest v7.1.8 firmware:

When I try to upgrade to v7.1.8, it gives an error. I have tried both FTP and SSH modes. That's why I want to try to upgrade to v6.6.4 first and then attempt for the latest version. Is there any working URL to download v6.6.4 or can someone attach it here for downloading?

Why aren’t you using the software deployment tool incorporated?!? What is the error you’re seeing?!?
Have you downloaded the correct firmware related to your UPS?!?

Thank you again in advance. First of all, when I try to log in to the NMC card on its IP, I get the error - "You are attempting to access a Schneider device. There was a problem loading the application. Please login to the device via telnet for more details."
That is when I decided to try upgrading the firmware with the latest one available using the update utility tool from for v7.18, and I get the error "Update could not be completed successfully." I have attached the screenshot.
I am able to SSH and also FTP into the NMC card and here is the 'about' info.

Try again using software tool and select FTP instead of SCP.
Let me know the results . . . 👍

Hello Teken,
I have tried the FTP method as well, but the same result - same window pops up as with SCP. However, I am able to FTP into the NMC card using any other FTP utility and see the directory structure there. It would not allow me to copy over the bin file, there is already one from version 6.02 that cannot be deleted either.
Just for the sake of trying, I found one version 5.x (downgrade) which failed as well.
Should I try re-seating the NMC card and see if that would make any difference?
Thank you again.

I would suggest you format the NMC to see if you can first access the web interface / SSH.
Remove the Ethernet cable, press and hold the reset button for 20+ seconds.
When you see the right side LED turn orange and blink release the reset button. The format process will take approximately 1-2 minutes to complete.
Once done reconnect the Ethernet cable and confirm the NMC shows up in the router / firewall DHCP lease table.
DHCP will be enabled and access the webpage using HTTP. User name and password is all lower case: apc
Let me know how that goes as it relates to access via HTTP / SSH. If you’re able to access either one than try the firmware load again using the software wizard via FTP.
NOTE: If you’re able to access the NMC. Go to the webpage tab and delete the certificate. The system will tell you to reboot the NMC do so.
Once it reboots a new self signed certificate will be generated by the system for an expiration date of 2035.
You can upload your own certificate later but this must be done first! As there is a bug where if the certificate has expired it will cause all kinds of undocumented issues / problems not related to web access.
Lastly, insure the NTP / DST is set correctly to obtain the correct date & time. Failure to do so also causes random problems that should not exist but do!
Let me know . . .
