Intelligence Module Mismatch

We were turning up a new 15kw smart ups modular with both IMs inserted. There were alarms non-stop. Turns out one of the IMs was "programmed" or recognized our system as a 20kw RM.

After significant troubleshooting we decided to pull both IMs and insert only the IM that properly recognized the unit as a 15kW unit. All alarms cleared, except the invalid configuration stating we're missing an IM.

How do we reconfigure the IM to recognize the system as 15kW? It doesn't matter what position the "20kW" IM is in, it recognizes the UPS as a 20kW system.

Thoughts?

How do I update my Smart-UPS firmware using the web interface of my Network Management Card?

Power Modules and Battery Modules are packaged separately, and the quantity depends on UPS power rating, so check if any of the power modules are faulty ,you can share the logs and see if any power module faulty ,you will a red LED illuminated on the faulty power module and IMs as well ,as if one PM failed the system power rating is affected as IMs automatically detects the PMs availability ,hence the UPS power ratings are different based on number of power module installed

Regards,

Karim
