UPS Network Management Card 2 - Test e-mail failed
I've been fighting with a new smaller UPS and the SMTP configuration. We have quite a few APC devices in our organization which use the "UPS Network Management Card 3" and operate just fine. Settings are exactly the same.
This new UPS we purchased for a small network closet refuses to work. See attached screenshot for error output when testing. I've attempted to update firmware, no joy. Opened a support case with APC, they can't seem to solve it.
