AP9212 not always applying outlet configuration on power-up
Hello all,
I have just acquired a AP9212 MasterSwitch fitted with AP9606 card.
I have configured some of the outlets with a Power On Delay (30 seconds) so that power is automatically restored to the connected equipment after a mains failure (there is no UPS).
Sometimes after restoring the mains supply, everything works as expected but sometimes the outlets do not turn on, however they can be manually turned on via the web interface, etc.
This seems to be quite random after power restoration.

A bit more info ...
Following an 'unsuccessful' power-up (i.e. my issue is present), the Device Manager menu is empty when connectimg via Telenet (have not tried console yet).
My guess here is that the AP9606 cannot see the hardware.
Is this a known issue?
Also, I'm struggling to set the Date. After entering a correct mm/dd/yyy (06/25/2022), Accept Changes returns Bad date.

A bit more still ...
What I have now determined is that after a Cold Start (mains input removed for longer than 10 seconds), on logging in with Telnet, the status shows A- (application checksum error).
If I then perform a Reboot from the menus, all becomes good with A+.
This is repeatable every time.
I wondered if there was a backup battery involved somewhere in this scenario but there doesn't appear to be one.
