My Battery Capacity shows 100%. Is that normal? I am new to managing UPS so any help would be appreciated.

Since the UPS is connected for more than 8 hours, it is normal to have battery capacity of 100%.

I'm not sure that there are any UPS experts in this community (yet). You may want to ask your question at https://community.exchange.se.com/t5/APC-UPS-Critical-Power-Cooling/ct-p/critical-power-cooling-rack...
However, my slightly educated guess is that this is just the battery charge percentage i.e. your battery is fully charged. This would be normal once it's been on mains power for a day or so. You would expect to see this drop during and after mains is interrupted.
