Hi!

After a firmware update no AP9631, receive the information on my UPS RT 10KVA: Loss of communication with the UPS. How can I downgrade this firmware?

Hello,

You should not have to downgrade the firmware. When you open the AP9631 web page and go to About - Network what does it display for Application Module and the version? Also what does it display for APC OS and the version? 

The issue you are describing points to the wrong firmware being applied during the upgrade.
