UPS: Lost the local network management interface-to-UPS communication. This is the last event on this device. I just noticed it after a firmware update performed today.
UPS Model: SYAF16KRMT
Symmetra LX
Any ideas?

hi, this means that the NMC cannot talk to the UPS for some reason. it looks like you have the correct symmetra application on there.
here are some steps i'd take.
1.) if you are local to the UPS, i'd reseat the NMC in the smart slot and check to see if it comes back. you could also try the NMC in the second, unused smart slot if available. you can skip step 2.
2.) if remote or even local, you can login to the NMC and go to the Administration tab ->General->Reset/Reboot->Reboot management interface to do a warm reboot. if you completed step

This turned out to be a bad Intelligent Module. Moved the network cable to other Module and its reading now. Thanks.
