UPS: Lost the local network management interface-to-UPS communication.

i have NMC 3 with model number AP9641 after i upgraded the NMC Firmware version 2.5.0.6  to this version 2.5.1.3 and the upgrade done successfully but i got this alert "Lost the local network management interface-to-UPS communication" and the connection between NMC and UPS has been lost.

I had exactly same issue today, January 10th 2024. I cannot configure UPS anymore. HELP

I have a AP9630 and updated the the latest firmware 7.1.2 from 6.6.0 and I've lost communcation. Does anyone have th 6.6.0 firmware so i can downgrade?

I ran into this issue last week. I contacted the Support Team and they pointed out that if your UPS firmware is on version 08.1 ID:1003 then the AP9641 NMC3 won't work with firmware version 2.5.2.3.

You have 2 options, either update the firmware on your UPS to later version or downgrade your AP9641 back to 2.5.0.6. I went with the downgrading NMC3 back to 2.5.0.6 and it communicated with the UPS again.
