Hi Dudley,

For this type of issue, I suggest you contact your local support office ideally. I suspect you may have a hardware issue on the UPS that the local team can check with you in detail.

I don't think it will solve the issue ( it could improve the logging/information detail you are seeing)... but there are firmware updates available for your UPS and the on board management interface.

For the network management card, AOS/sumx 6.4.6 is available (you have 6.0.7) and for the UPS, you have 01.4 and 04.4 is available. You may want to contact support first as I am not sure if this is worthwhile to do, especially for the UPS, because I think it requires a power down. Upgrading the management card inside the UPS does not.

Here are some instructions/knowledge base articles to check if you want to proceed or just at least review:

http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA279197 - upgrading your SRT with the firmware upgrade wizard we have (read first and includes the firmware you need)

http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA281753 - upgrading your SRT using the onboard network management card interface

http://www.apc.com/shop/mk/en/products/UPS-Network-Management-Card-v6-4-6-Firmware-for-Smart-UPS-Gal...   - where to get the management card firmware

http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156047 - how to upgrade your onboard network management card after you download the firmware
