UPS Failing - Is the input voltage causing it?
Hello,
I have a SmartUPS2200RMXLTNET 208V UPS. The current input voltage is 244VAC. The max the UPS is stated to handle is 255V. There are two devices on it (2561 Router and 3560 Switch). The UPS keeps shutting down the devices. The UPS is also going into SmartTrim mode.
Is the input voltage the issue? We have the option to reduce the voltage coming into the room, but it is costly. We have replaced the UPS onces already thinking it was a UPS issue.
