UPS: Compensating for a high input voltage. (Smart-UPS 1500 RM)

Good evening Guys, we are getting this alert very often (maybe once every 1 hours on average, daily). Our input and output voltage are 124.5. How can we solve this?

We believe that this is within an acceptable range, but we do not see where we can adjust this threshold.

Please advise, and thank you in advance.

Can I get the exact model of your UPS? Are you using any software or a Network management Card?
