Hello all, this is my first Post so go easy if I come off as not all knowing 🙂
The system is an APC smart-ups RT 10000 with two external battery banks
I am getting alerts for the below error
Serial Number : 5A1622T25659
Device Serial Number : AS1623170285
Date : 07/19/2019
Time : 11:02:58
Code : 0x020F
Critical - UPS: Bypass not in range ; high voltage.
I have read through some other posts on here similar to my error and they say its a input/output voltage not being the same. Would this be my case too? I am attaching as much as i can for those to review.
Thanks for your time and help
Mike

Hi Mike -
Your input and output are both set to 208 and it looks like you have your bypass range set as wide as possible.
Everything looks good on the configuration end - I think you're just having some wild swings in input voltage on occasion and the UPS is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. If you're concerned, you could try contacting an electrician or your utility, but you may find that it just clears up on its own.
Thanks
Liam
