I have a SRT3000RMXLi. Cannot configure battery install date after replacing battery. Also cannot configure the date and time of the UPS.
Whenever I try to change these parameters the details will successfully change for about 3 seconds and then reset back to whatever they were before.

Hello, I am trying to configure these settings via the front display panel, not any internet browser.
When I connect or disconnect the Ethernet that connects UPS to computer, the symptoms are still the same. The settings for time cannot be changed. The time setting is set to 2021, so way off.
