Hello Guys,
I don't generally do anything with UPS's as when i join a company, they simply work .. In this case, i need to do some work! Bear with me while i attempt some form of minimalist explanation here.
We have a Smart-UPS RT 15000 RM XL and are seeing a multitude of these errors: 'An input voltage or frequency problem prevents switching to bypass mode'. Times of errors shown within Error Log Timings attachment.
Im thinking that we may have an issue with our Utility power here, but could someone kindly review the data and event logs provided and let me know what exactly seems to be occurring please?
Many thanks in advance!
Mark

Hi Mark -
It looks like the issue is that you are feeding the unit a nominal 240v (that is actually running closer to 245+) but your output is set to 230v. The UPS is saying that it won't go to bypass because the voltage difference is too great. If your attached equipment allows it, I would suggest configuring the UPS to output 240V instead. In order to do this you will need to turn off the output of the UPS. You can then make the change either via the LCD or the web interface.
Thanks
Liam
