We replaced an RM 1000 unit at one of our facilities. The technician that replaced the equipment took the Network Management card out and placed it in the new device. Here's the problem: I can ping the UPS, so he obviously did what he needed to do, however the web management page is not working properly. Is there anyway to soft reset the Network Management card without it losing it's settings? I believe its an A9607 management card (don't quote me on that).

Good day Khue,
Do you have any idea how did the technician installed the card on that UPS? There is a specific procedure on how to install a network management card on a UPS. Please take time to view this knowledge base article and make sure all things were followed --> [Instuctions for installing or removing smart slot cards on APC UPSes|http://nam-en.apc.com/cgi-bin/nam_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=946].
On your second question, there is a way to reboot the management card but would need to have access on it either through TelNet, HyperTerminal or Web. Since you know the IP address of your card, you can TelNet into that card and let me know what you'll get. It should prompt you with a username and password and it should be the same login as what you are using when you're logging on it using the web.
Lastly, we would appreciate if you could get the exact model of your network management card to help you better.
