We have a SRT10KRMXLT UPS and one external battery pack (SRT192RMBP2). I've ordered a spare set of batteries for keeping on the shelf and I would like to keep them charged up. Does Schneider Electric offer or can you recommend a trickle charger for maintaining a charge on these spare UPS batteries?

There are no trickle chargers sold by APC / Schneider for any UPS.
You can simply insert them into the extended battery pack once a month for a day and than remove marking the date, initial charge / final charge.
From a logistics and maintenance standpoint RBC should be ordered a month in advance of a pending change.
Keeping RBC’s as hot spares is wasteful in terms of storage, finances, and warranty. It defeats the whole purpose of the RBC end of life notification whether via LCD, NMC, NMS, SNMP, SMTP, etc.
