Hi there
I have a client that has the above APC unit and
the UPS is sounding an alarm and flashing change battery on the panel. It also says Load 21% Battery 100%This is a fairly new install so I am sure the battery is not dying as it is less than a year oldAny help on this issue or how you can create a support ticket with this bunch would be most gratefulKind regardsGman

Provide the following informational logs and screen shots for the system: Event, Data, UPS, Diagnostics.
Screen capture of the UPS / NMC under the About. A photo of the front and back of the unit clearly showing the UPS Serial number and battery production date.
All of this information is required otherwise you’re just wasting time.

To, że akumulatory są nowe, nie gwarantuje, że są sprawne. Warto pomierzyć ich rezystancję wewnętrzną, wtedy będzie wiadomo, co jest przyczyną komunikatu.

Good Morning
Hope you are well.
The battery date is important it can be obtained from the battery serial number. example PS2434...... The 24 is the year and the 34 is the week of manufacture. check if the battery installed is not older than 2 years. The second thing to understand is the amount of discharges the unit had. Battery life span is determined by discharges not lifespan. Lifespan only comes into play 3 to 4 years after install. Lastly check the battery install date on the ups, it may be different than the battery date. The battery replace date is activated as an timed alarm (install / replace date) or if the battery discharges faster than the algorithm expects.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards
