Hello,
This is question similar to some other questions I found on this forum but so far no definite answer
We have two Smart-UPS 5000 RM XL
A while ago we got the message that the battery was no good anymore (more or less at the same time on both UPS) so we changed in one of the UPS all batteries (new ones) as they were over 5 years old.
At the same time we did an upgrade of the firmware to the latest version on both UPS
Result:
The UPS where no batteries where changed stopped telling that something is wrong and is nice working
The UPS where all batteries where changed is now all the time telling : "The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately."
All tests are fine, including calibration (takes about 8 minutes on 51% load)
Batteries are charged up to 100% and still the message keeps coming
What more can I do to troubleshoot this annoying and worrisome message
regards
Daniel

If you do have an NMC installed on the UPSs can you take a look at the Low Battery Duration setting of your UPS and the runtime it has. Also, on the UPS that shows this message does it give you any visual indicators that might be flashing?
