When you see this type of thing, it is likely the battery, or very rarely, the UPS and it's ability to detect that the battery is present. If a self test is not completing, it sounds like there is a problem with this battery and it's capability to support the load properly. I see a couple of instances in data.txt, where the battery voltage has dropped way down.
Anyway, if this is a genuine APC replacement battery, you'll need the serial number on that replacement battery and depending on what that is, a proof of purchase possibly, and then you'll want to pursue a replacement with tech support in my opinion. Something isn't right with it. If a new battery does not solve the issue (which I think is unlikely), then it may be a problem with the UPS. I doubt this because of the voltage drops in data.txt - they seemed to indicate an issue with the battery to me.
If it turns out it is not a genuine APC replacement battery, then you'd want to pursue a replacement with wherever it was purchased.

I tried to do self-test , it sounds all attached devices are rebooted , but the UPS doesn't reboot.
