The PCBE Agent uninstallation has not completed error???

Anyone can kindly to fix the issue with APC Powerchute Bussiness Edition Agent 😞

I can not reinstall it, it always show the message "*The PCBE Agent uninstallation has not completed error. Please reboot and run installation again*"

I have followed the instructions here but it didn't work at all 😞
