I have an AP9631 mgmt card
I set up 3 recipients to 3 different email accounts
1 of those accounts is my sprint phone 0123456789@messaging.sprintpcs.com
I never ever receive the the message to my sprint phone. I tried both short and long format options.
The email settings, server, and password are correct as the other two email accounts receive the message just fine.
I don't think the issue is with Sprint because I can use any other email client like outlook, gmail, etc. and I receive the message just fine. I also have other automated systems that send me messages to the phone and those work fine too so it's only the APC software that can not send me a message to my sprint #.
Does anybody have any idea why the message does not go through? Has anyone else been able to have the APC card successfully send a message to their sprint #?

hi
good news. we believe we fixed this on our latest version of released firmware, due out in a few months. i'd like to verify if you'd like to private message me your sprint phone number and i can try to send you a message to verify this from an APC card that we have set up on an external network. if not, we have tested it with AT&T and verizon over the last day or so and have had good results but i was hoping you'd be open to testing with sprint to verify for yourself.
let me know and I can email or PM if you if you'd like so we can work on it.

it is on the top right of the screen, the little envelope to the right of "Your Control Panel."

if you are using the sumx application, for smart ups and matrix, we are looking at an august time frame. if you are using a symmetra 3 phase UPS like a symmetra PX 80k, we are also looking at around august-ish. if it is symmetra single phase, i am honestly not sure. any of the other products, i don't know at this time.
what i can tell you is any product with AOS 5.1.6 or higher will have the fix. if i didnt mention the product application you are using, let me know and I can find out for you. if this is going to be a problem, let me know and we can see what else i can work out for you.

I have the SMX3000RMLV2UNC with the AP9631. I'm using the web interface of the network card to configure alerts.
