We bought 2 Smart UPS 3000. DLA3000RM2U used. They powered up when we bought them.
When we took them to our site, they had to add 2 new 30AMP service. We have tested the outlets and there is power there. However both UPS will not power up, no beeps, no lights no nothing. Even if the batteries were dead we'd get lights and power.
Is there a way I can test these? Or what could be wrong.
Gary

Hi Gary,
When it was tested, did they used known good batteries and were those the same batteries that you were using now? We can also perform a cold start test, this would force the UPS to start on battery. With a good battery, this would turn the UPS on an run on battery. To perform a cold start, the UPS should be turned off and unplug from the power source. Press and hold the I/Test button, you would hear a short and a long beep. As soon as you hear the long beep, release the power button. Let us know what comes up.
