We are sorry for your inconvenience. It is the Schneider Electrics policy that a trained field service engineer performs setup and configuration of 3phase UPS. Troubleshoot and direct assistance is handled by local/regional technical support. You will find local/regional support contact information at this link. https://www.apc.com/us/en/support/contact-us/index.jsp You will need to change the region in the upper left of the contact us web page.

Thanks for the recommendation but unfortunately in our country, we haven't any local support team. Furthermore, it's necessary to fix this problem as soon as possible because UPS installed in a hospital. I am an electronic engineer with 10 years of experience in installing, troubleshooting electronic equipment I would be appreciated to help me that how I could fix this problem.
