We have a fault on our Symmetra VT 30KVA - it throws "System fault detected by surveillance". Documentation says that this is an internal error and to check for other alarms.
The SNMP card no longer detects the UPS - It will report the cards own data (eg temp probe) but "No UPS found". I was hoping to find more information / alarms there. I have tried a different, known working card but with the same results.
I've read the forums and looked through the internet and it seems that more information can be gleaned from the RAW data. I include that here.
M States = 02 04 04
00000000 00000000
00000000 01
Any tips? I'm going to try removing and re-seating the power module now.
Thank you

Decoding RAW status data is not something we can do here unfortunately. We don't have access to the tools. Along with other details, this type of info needs to be analyzed by your local support team in order to determine the state of your UPS. I recommend you email/phone your local support office for the quickest support. Contact info is available here if you need it -> http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/contact-information/
