APC 40kw ups issuesAPC

hi all,,

i have 40kw APC UPS,,iam facing some problem with it,,

my questions are,,,

1-my display unit show #### reading,,which type of error is it?

2-relay output card have jumper on all four realys, Q1,Q2,Q3, ..that realys are of service by pas panel,,,WHAT DOES THAT MEANS,,AND WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RUN UPS AS NORAML OPERATIONS,,

3- i came to know that ups have no other module(service bypass panel) other thn ups.so how its work then??

please guide and help me solve this issues,,
