Symmetra Rack display screen hang

I have a Symmetra Rack UPS. The LCD display have hang as show in the attachment. There is no respone even when i press the Esc, Enter and Arrow Key. Anyway to resolve this issues without shutting down all my servers?

Sounds like a rackmount powerview. Try unplugging and then replugging the cable connecting it to the UPS. That should reset it.
