Smart-UPS 3000 RM
Network management Card AP9617
I'm trying to figure out if I can change the "UPS: Battery power is low and will soon be exhausted." threshold alert. Currently it sends an email around 4mins left on battery, but I was wondering if I could change that to 10min. Is that possible? If so, how? Thanks in advance.

Yes, absolutely. What you are describing is the low-battery threshold, which is configurable via the web interface or TELNET interface of your network management card. This setting is stored on the UPS itself.
Just go to the UPS tab in the web interface. Then in the left option bar, under configuration, choose Shutdown.Low-Battery Duration is the variable you are looking to adjust. By default, it is set to 2 minutes. The UPS also provides an additional 2 min buffer, which explains the 4min you are seeing from the time the UPS sounds the low-battery warning.
