These messages you reported indicate the PowerView was having trouble, since these are erroneous messages and do not apply to your UPS:

USF 07 Fault
External switchgear 0001 closed

Hopefully the newer v14 firmware will help.

Not sure if it actually turned off on 12/11. Haven't seen power module fault since I replaced the bad one. The charger fault and In bypass repeat independent of eachother. I did do a warmstart yesterday so i'll keep a eye on it to see if that clears it up.

If your Symmetra is 7 years old or more, you may want to also check what firmware you have on your PowerView RM display. Current rev is 14, and 13 is known to generate false messages generally as the PowerView display itself ages.

All the available firmware is language specific. Simply download the language you want the PowerView to operate in, and that file will be the latest rev 14.

To determine your PV firmware, you can go to Display -> Info or simply unplug/replug the display and see what version it shows as it boots.

It's on version 8 I think. Found a cable, will upgrade PowerView to latest release.

Also noticed the PowerView fault list today has the following

USF 07 Fault
External switchgear 0001 closed
