Symmetra RM 6000

Hello,

We have a Symmetra RM 6000 which is showing various errors and also a 'Beep Beep' sounds every few seconds.

The error logs indicate that the number of batteries has decreased as well as the number of power modules and is running in Bypass mode.

I've also spotted this....

Redundant Intelligence Module (RIM)
Status: Lost Comm
Firmware Revision: 219

Does anyone now the part number for a replacement RIM and whether it is hot swappable?
