Symmetra PX on IBM POWER

Hello,

we have a Symmetra PX connected to POWER6 System i.
Serial card : AP9607
Serial cable: 940-0274 (recommended cable)

with this cable we don't get an connection information in QSYSOPR.

With the old cable 940-0031A the connection is working, but when APC is running a self test, system i is shuting down.

Has anybody an idea ?

Can you post any logs you might have from the I5 system that would show UPS-related events? Also, when the Series I server shuts down, does it shut down gracefully, or crash? Finally, can you give us some info on your unit runtime, etc.?
