Hello there, we have a Sumetra PX working at the university and recently we detected an alarm in the equipment that says "Sys Power sply fail" and turned on a red light with a constant beep. What does it mean? The manual only says "contact customer support", What we can do? Best regards and waiting for you're answer...

Hello,
This is a System Power Supply fault which the user cannot do too much about. It will likely require a spare part and a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to be dispatched. You'll want to contact your local technical support with the UPS model/serial number to reach a resolution. It will require downloading logs and checking other diagnostics that only FSEs/service partners can do.
There is a System Power Supply in both the UPS and the XR Battery Frame it seems. Tech support will help you determine which part needs to be replaced and go from there.
