APC smart 30kVA UPS issue

I have two 30kVA UPS. Then after moved one room to another room. It is does't work. Error "System failure detected by Surveillance" What happening? Dear all, Please help me

Please provide more detail such as:

Specific model of UPS
Where you see this alarm i.e. front UPS display, email, StruxureWare, etc
Any other configuration information i.e. parallel UPS set up, etc

With what you've mentioned so far, I have no idea what you're referring to unfortunately.
