HI.
Randomly I get a low and/or critical output voltage alarm on L1.
There is no physical problem i dont believe as if I meaure the outputs there are ok. all around 240V. But L1 output reports 120, 140,155 and so on. Jumps around. A good whack on the side on the unit makes it jump around.....
THen all of a sudden after some time it will go back to reporting 240v. on the L1 output.
I have tested numerus time and the actual L1 output is solid at 240v where it should be.
I have managed to disable / change the threshold settings so at least the critical alarm and beep is gone, but i would like to get it sorted. I have checked the sensors on the back busbars and they seems to be firmly connected.
Any ideas?

Hi @Brukutu
Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query. A[ologies for the late revert, would you happen to know if the UPS has an active service contract with us? I believe that a Field Service Representative is one of the best ways to address this issue as they can do a technical check on the UPS and its components.
If you are familiar with the LCD of this unit, kindly go to UPS > UPS Status and then UPS Tests and Diags. I would like to check if you can grab the raw status data (RSD) from the unit and we'll check if it would show any fault/issues that fit your description.
