Hello! I have a Smart-UPS SRT 8000. An error "An EEPROM fault exists" appeared in the web interface. The message "G.01 Contact support" appears on the screen. Please help me to fix the problem. Thanks!!!

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query. Apologies for the late revert, the fault, shows the EEPROM of the UPS has encountered a fault. We can clear the alarm via the LCD and if it returns we can perform the brain-dead procedure.
To know more on how to perform the brain-dead procedure, you may refer to this article, Video: How to perform a cold start and brain dead on Smart-UPS.
If the fault cannot be clear using the brain-dead procedure, a UPS replacement is needed. Prior to going to this route, I would also consider checking the following:
