Hi Team,
I have installed an NMC - AP9640 on a Symmetra PX (SYCF160KH) with UPS Firmware Version 560.0400.I. I have managed to perform the Network Configurations and I can Log onto the NMC.
However the NMC is not showing any UPS details therefore I loaded the Symmetra PX Firmware for NMC 3 (ap_hw21_px_2-5-0-1.nmc3) downloaded from the APC Website and used the FTP Method to upload the File successfully but after Rebooting the NMC, the NMC is still showing no UPS details.
How can I go about this so that the NMC can have the Symmetra 3 Phase Firmware running on it.
P.S: The Firmware Upgrade Utility for NMC 3 is no where to be found on the APC Website. Please assist with a download link.
