Symmetra PX 80KVA with incorrect runtime

Hi,

I've an PX 80KVA with 3 XR battery cabinets, all the bat modules OK and 23% of load on it.

It only shows 2 minutes of runtime, already changed the battery monitor board but it still giving the same runtime.

Does anyone can help me on this issue?

Please perform test through display " Battery Runtime Calibration test.
If performing test runtime will increase.
