Symmetra PX 160 ( L2 not sensing input voltage)

Hi,
.
We had recently deployed the Symmetra UPS PX-160(SY160K160H-PD ).
First test run of the UPS for 33 hours had been completed successfully.
Second time when we start the UPS , it was showing shown input voltages on L2 from UPS console.
Although with voltmeter it will display the voltages(L2 input voltages) on UPS busbar.

Any idea what will be problem, card sesing problem or....?

Hi Syed,

Due to the troubleshooting and info that is required to check this I would suggest you call into tech support for your region. They can gather all of the info with you and evaluate the data to see what might be causing this.
