If you have a Network Management Card (and not Network Management Card 2), then the latest version for you is 358. The 5xx firmware versions will not work. If you're upgrading the cards through FTP, you need to upgrade the AOS to version 202 first. Then 358.
Steps:
1. transfer AOS 202
2. transfer AOS 361
3. transfer SUMX 358
Or use the upgrade utility... it will automatically perform these three steps.
If you're doing it manually, the easiest way to get AOS 202 is to rename the upgrade utility from .exe to .zip and extract it out.
You can get the [SUMX v358 firmware files here|http://www.apcc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SFSUMX358].
