Symmetra LX will not go back to normal operation with generator backup
I have an LX that will stay on battery for the duration of the generator being on, but will automatically turn back to normal operation when utility is restored. We have run tests and taken voltages and have yet to come up with an answer.
Utility: L1-L2 207V - L1-N 119v L2-N 119V
Generator: L1-L2 210V - L1-N 116v L2-N 123V
The readings were taken with a digital multimeter as well as on the screen.
Is there a setting on the network management that recognizes it is on generator with a setting allowing it not to go to normal operation? If so I do not know about it.
