After updating the AP9619 firmware on our Symmetra LX, our configuration shows that we have 'Lost Communication to the UPS'. How do I get that back? I looked for an updated firmware, but the page I found didn't have the UPS model listed (see below). I have attached a screenshot of other relevant info about the UPS configuration.
The UPS has three different components as well. Are they accessible via this interface or do they have one of their own somehow?:
- Model: SYAFSU16
- Model: SYBFXR3RM
- Model: SYAF16KRMT
Any help you could offer would be great!
