I currently have a Symmetra LX 16KVA system that is powering a breaker box. The breaker box is currently powering 10 wall outlets, which in turn have the PDUs in our two racks snaked across the floor to. We want to find a better solution that involves rewiring the breakers to outlets above the server racks and a two post demarc. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to balance this power distribution to TrippLite PDUs (15 outlet, 15 amp) above the racks? Or does anyone know a good certified electrician that has experience in these matters in the Pittsburgh area? I'm open to either of these options.
FYI
Assume two racks full of servers that all have dual power supplies so splitting the legs would probably be a good option to.
AND the breakers in the box are only 20a.

It sounds like you will powering mostly 120vAC equipment. If this is the case, splitting the legs on the output of the UPS will be the best solution for you. The legs should already be split to the panel (4 wire output from the UPS), so reconfiguring an equal number of breakers on each leg will be the next step. A quick prewire calculation of the pieces of load in each rack will help you ensure the 2 legs end up having about the same load on them. Once your rewiring is complete, as you power your load up, you will be able to see immediately the draw on each leg, through the status menu of the display panel. This can be a final step to making sure your load ends up being about even on both legs.
