Can someone tell me on a network management card what the settings under Duration of Shutdown and End of Shutdown (Minimum Battery Capacity and Return Delay) mean. Also do these affect any of the other settings?
Thanks for your help
-Mark

Minimum Battery Capacity and Return Delay refer to how quickly the unit will return to online after shutting down and going to sleep mode after a power outage. If you set the return capacity to say 50%, the battery will have to charge to 50% before it come back online. The same concept applies for the return delay setting.
The help file if you click it in the top right while logged into the interface explains every option pretty well. I'd suggest just checking there for most questions regarding configuration.

Yeah Mark I can help you out with those,
Minimum Battery Capacity is how much the ups will charge the battery before turning back on after a power failure. Depending on your available settings, you may want to set this so that if you have subsequent power outages, the ups is guarenteed to have enough runtime to gracefully shut your equipment down again.
Return Delay is how long the ups will wait after a power failure, after a scheduled shutdown, or after a shutdown initiated by a Control command to turn back on.
